We have gathered up the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If your question is not answered here, please reach out to us and we will make sure you have the information you need.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, however we understand that things come up. So if you must cancel your appointment, we would appreciate receiving notice within 24 hours of your appointment time. You can do so by calling 902-785-4078 or emailing info@oceanviewwellness.ca

Arriving Early

Our goal is to ensure you fully enjoy your time with us at OceanView Wellness. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to give yourself time to check-in, leave the world behind, have a cup of tea, unwind, and start your treatment relaxed and on time. 

Arriving Late

Sometimes circumstances prevent you from arriving on time, we get it. We ask that you please call us if you are running late. We will try to reschedule your appointment, but if rescheduling is not possible, then your treatment time will start and end as scheduled so that the next guest can enjoy their treatment (full charges will apply).

Cell Phones, Jewellery & Children

Your time at OceanView Wellness is for you and we want you to make the most of it. We ask that you turn off your electronic devices and we also invite you to make arrangements for your children before you arrive so that you and other guests may enjoy your experience to the fullest. Finally, you may want to leave treasured jewellery at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Your Comfort

Your time at OceanView Wellness is precious and we want your experience to be a positive one. Please be sure to tell us if there is anything we can do to enhance your time here. Whether it is in-room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, the level of conversation or the music volume, please communicate your preferences or special needs to us. 

Gift Certificates

Want to give someone the gift of wellness? Our OceanView Wellness gift certificates can be used for any service or treatment. They have no expiry date, are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Gratuities

The services and treatments at OceanView Wellness do not include gratuities, but they are graciously accepted. 

Hours

We are open Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 5pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 4pm and some Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. We are closed Sunday and holidays.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Guests

Please consult with your physician before visiting OceanView Wellness, and let our team know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding when you schedule your appointment so we may properly prepare for your treatment. Please note some therapies may not be suited for expectant and breastfeeding guests. We are proud to provide mothers with a welcoming environment to breastfeed while at OceanView Wellness.

Refund Policy

OceanView Wellness Centre cannot provide refunds on services provided due to the personalized nature of these services. We do however want to make sure you have the best possible experience, so please bring any concerns or issues to our attention so that we can do our best to correct/address them as soon as possible.

Respecting Other Guests

We are dedicated to maintaining a calm and confidential environment, one of tranquility and relaxation, so we ask that you please respect the right to privacy and quiet of our other guests.

Special Needs

Please tell us about any allergies, ailments or disabilities when you book your appointment, and/or when you check in. The more information we have, the better. Some of our treatments are not recommended for guests that are pregnant, have high blood pressure or heart conditions, are healing from recent surgery or have allergies.

All our services are performed by licensed and certified personnel. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
